My programs will get you results very fast if you put in the work and also recover like I will teach you. It's important to get quicker but it's even more important to stay injury free and my programs will help you reduce the risk of injury so that you can keep progressing for longer.

  I’ve hired other ‘online fitness coaches’ and didn’t get results. How do I know this will work?

All my players get results and this is why they all come back to train with me when they can or that they keep doing my programs during their seasons.   I am just coming back after an injury. Can you still help me?

Yes - we can modify the workouts to work around your injury and even to make you stronger so that it doesn't happen.

  I am afraid to try another workout routine… I’ve tried so many...

I get it. You've been burned before. The difference is this is a science based program, built by me just for your body type. I program your workouts based on your needs and goals. I've been in your shoes before and tried every routine under the sun when I was younger.

  How do I keep improving after I hit a plateau?

Depending on what is happening, we will take a look at your stats, recovery and workouts and make the necessary adjustments.

  Do you include check in’s to make sure I’m staying on track?

Absolutely. You will check in with me personally to keep you on track. I won't be handing you off to another coach. Check in is a simple process through the app to make it seamless.

  I’m older, will this work for me?

Absolutely. Age is just a number! Because every program is custom built we will make sure to accommodate any issues you might have.

  Do I need to train at a gym or can can I train from home?

I personally prefer gym training, however with these new times I've made different variations of the exercises so that you can get the most out of training from home as well.

  Do I need to be ready to train 2 hours a day and 6 days a week?

Only if you are addicted to the gym and have a lot of free time. If you have a lot of training with the team, we will take that into consideration and adjust the program accordingly. You will just need to prioritize at least 3-4 workouts per week of maximum 1hour.

  Do you personally oversee my actual workout program and schedule?

Yes. I will personally oversee everything.

  Do I have to lift really heavy weights?

You won't have to lift anything that's too heavy for you. I will make sure you become stronger progressively and that the workouts are always safe for you. But if you want results you've never had, you'll have to do things you've likely never done before so yes, you will need to lift some weights.

  How long does your program last?

Depending on your goals it will last a minimum of 90 days. Many players still keep going after even more than 6 months because they keep getting more results.

  What’s the commitment?

Prices vary based on the package that fits best for you but expect it to be a few hundred dollars per month.

  Is there a discount if you pay-in-full?

Yes there is.

  I have never hired a strength & conditioning coach and it's intimidating. Shouldn't I make some
     progress on my own first?

If you're ready to get results with speed, accuracy and no guesswork then jump on board and hire a coach. If you prefer wasting time and adding to your frustration levels or simply do not want to invest money into your career then you should figure this out on your own.

  What if there is an exercise I can’t do or doesn’t feel good?

We can absolutely make substitutions for all exercises.

  Will I have to take supplements?

You won't have to but I will advise you on the best ones for you to take based on how your nutrition, recovery and training objectives are.

  Will you help me with my nutrition plan?

Yes, I will give you some meals to eat and guide you so that you get the best results possible. You will also receive my Nutrition Ebook to teach you about sports nutrition for athletes.

  How do I pay and lock in my spot?
